Wherever possible, our ingredients are sourced locally here in Aotearoa. However, in order to obtain the highest quality of some bioactives, we saw the significance of importing from the original source. All our ingredients come from a sustainable, trusted supply chain.

Our formulas are all natural, using the highest quality ingredients possible.

Our superfood formulas have been created in collaboration with a trusted, leading pet nutritionist, while all our ingredients are backed by independent clinical trials. We stand firmly behind our formulas and we truly believe your cat or dog will benefit from Wholesome Pet just as our own have.

All orders received before 12pm Monday - Friday are shipped same day via Courier Post. Packages are sent via overnight courier. Delays in the courier system after dispatch are out of our control.

Due to the nature of Wholesome Pet products, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any concerns or queries, please contact hello@wholesomepet.co.nz.

Wholesome Pet does not support or condone clinical testing on animals. We take note of independent, clinical trials and research alongside the guidance of our leading pet nutritionist to create our formulas.

Yes! We are proud of our uniquely natural, wholesome and effective formulas - our favourite part is they are a suitable long term supplement to boost your pet’s everyday wellbeing. Wholesome Pet products are not a complete meal, they are designed for use alongside your pet’s usual kibble, wet, raw or fresh diet.

All our superfoods, elixirs and enrichment products should be stored in a cool, dry place. Do not leave in direct sunlight or with the lid off.

Yes! We are proud that our all natural products are suitable for puppies and kittens once weaned onto solid foods.

It’s easy! When adding one of our formulas to your pet’s diet, be sure to start with a small amount and work your way up gradually to the recommend dosage. This will ensure your pet isn’t shocked by a new taste or textural addition to their food.
